This Privacy Policy explains how ClinRevOS Inc. ("ClinRevOS," "we," "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit clinrevos.com or interact with our website. This policy covers the marketing website only. Use of the ClinRevOS platform itself is governed by your Master Services Agreement and Business Associate Agreement.

Scope of this policy

This policy applies to information collected through the ClinRevOS website at clinrevos.com. It does not apply to Protected Health Information (PHI) processed through the ClinRevOS platform. PHI is governed by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), your practice's Business Associate Agreement with ClinRevOS Inc., and the safeguards described on our Security and HIPAA page.

The ClinRevOS marketing website does not collect, request, or process PHI. Please do not submit PHI through any form on this site.

Information you provide

When you contact us, request access to the Founding Member Program, or otherwise communicate with us through the website, we collect information you choose to provide, such as:

• Your practice or organization name
• Your business email address and phone number
• Specialty, practice size, or other context relevant to your inquiry
